【學務處宿服組 - 公告】未參加宿舍地震演練補救措施 Remedial measures to dormitory earthquake drills

各位同學好：
 
若住宿生未出席宿舍防災演練活動，
須於112年11月15日至112 年11月24日期間至台北e大登入會員，觀看以下影片

並獲得所有影片之學習證明，上傳至宿服組Google表單並回答表單題目，【網址：https://forms.gle/BPj3cA4TLwdJTgTf8】，
"上傳學習證明"且"得分為80分以上"，完成上述兩項者將登錄有參與防災演練活動。
若不滿80分者，可於期限內重複填表回答問題，至分數為80分以上。
未完成者依規定不得申請下學年度宿舍，請住宿生配合，謝謝。

If the dormitory students (for foreign students) didn't attend the dormitory earthquake prevention drill, they must look the “Dorm Safety” from AU media (URL: https://media.asia.edu.tw/index/login?next=%2Fkm%2F3396), and answer the questions (URL: https://forms.gle/EH4bVBahfsDPV56HA) from November 15, 2023 to November 24, 2023. Those with a score of 80 or more can register to participate in the activity.
 
Non-participants will not be allowed to apply for dormitory for the following academic year. Thanks.
