The time frame to access the Class Advisor Evaluation System and submit the evaluation starts at
08:00 on May 19th, 2025 (Monday) and ends at 17:00 on June 6th, 2025 (Friday).本學期「班級導師評量系統」開放時間為：
114年5月19日（星期一）08:00 至 114年6月6日（星期五）17:00。2. Who is required to submit the evaluation (應填寫對象):
All non-graduating undergraduate students, including both Taiwanese and international students, in the Day Division and Extension Division.
所有非畢業班的大學部學生，包含本地生與外籍生，

※ Notices (注意事項):
1. Class Advisors of non-graduating classes are encouraged to remind students to complete and submit the Class Advisor Evaluation online.
請學生上網填寫並送出導師評量問卷。2. All student responses will be kept strictly confidential. Please answer the evaluation honestly and carefully.
同學填寫內容將完全保密，請安心作答並據實填寫。3. Once the evaluation is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
問卷送出後不得修改或撤回，請務必審慎作答。
