The time frame to access the Class Advisor Evaluation System and submit the evaluation starts at
08:00 on May 19th, 2025 (Monday) and ends at 17:00 on June 6th, 2025 (Friday).本学期「班级导师评量系统」开放时间为：
114年5月19日（星期一）08:00 至 114年6月6日（星期五）17:00。2. Who is required to submit the evaluation (应填写对象):
All non-graduating undergraduate students, including both Taiwanese and international students, in the Day Division and Extension Division.
所有非毕业班的大学部学生，包含本地生与外籍生，

※ Notices (注意事项):
1. Class Advisors of non-graduating classes are encouraged to remind students to complete and submit the Class Advisor Evaluation online.
请学生上网填写并送出导师评量问卷。2. All student responses will be kept strictly confidential. Please answer the evaluation honestly and carefully.
同学填写内容将完全保密，请安心作答并据实填写。3. Once the evaluation is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
问卷送出后不得修改或撤回，请务必审慎作答。
