本系陈政焕助理教授、大四陈奕瑄同学、周允歆同学、潘信宏助理教授合着之第二届International Cognitive Cities Conference（IC3 2019）国际研讨会论文《Investigating and predicting the usability of an e-book system for university students: The role of prior knowledge》，由陈政焕老师带领陈奕瑄同学赴京都研究园区于9月4日​发表，并获颁Workshop Best Paper Award。
