【学务处宿服组 - 公告】未参加宿舍地震演练补救措施 Remedial measures to dormitory earthquake drills

各位同学好：
 
若住宿生未出席宿舍防灾演练活动，
须于112年11月15日至112 年11月24日期间至台北e大登入会员，观看以下影片

并获得所有影片之学习证明，上传至宿服组Google表单并回答表单题目，【网址：https://forms.gle/BPj3cA4TLwdJTgTf8】，
"上传学习证明"且"得分为80分以上"，完成上述两项者将登录有参与防灾演练活动。
若不满80分者，可于期限内重复填表回答问题，至分数为80分以上。
未完成者依规定不得申请下学年度宿舍，请住宿生配合，谢谢。

If the dormitory students (for foreign students) didn't attend the dormitory earthquake prevention drill, they must look the “Dorm Safety” from AU media (URL: https://media.asia.edu.tw/index/login?next=%2Fkm%2F3396), and answer the questions (URL: https://forms.gle/EH4bVBahfsDPV56HA) from November 15, 2023 to November 24, 2023. Those with a score of 80 or more can register to participate in the activity.
 
Non-participants will not be allowed to apply for dormitory for the following academic year. Thanks.
