敬致各位同學好:
自115/5/18(一)中午12點起至5/22(五)下午5點止，開放114-2學期學程登記，為協助同學瞭解跨域項目相關調整，特此說明如下：

【111～113 學年度入學生】
同學可依所選學程進行課程規劃，若遇必修課程未開設之情形，請依開課單位或跨領域學程主責單位擇定之替代課程修習。
詳情請參閱附件一「111～113 學年度跨領域學程一覽表及替代課程對照表」。
【114 學年度入學生】
自 114 學年度起，各系推動「領域專長」，目前共計53個領域專長。歡迎同學先至領域專長查詢系統瞭解課程架構及相關資訊，並於學程登記期間一併完成登記。

◆All applications and changes are online. Please read carefully:◆
►對    象:大學日間部大一至大三同學(分別適用114、113、112學年課程規劃)
►Target Audience:Freshmen to Juniors in the Day Division Bachelor's Program (applicable to the 114, 113, and 112 academic year curriculum plans, respectively)
►申請期間:115年5月18日(一)中午12:00至115年5月22日(五)下午5:00止
►Application Period:From 12:00 PM on Monday, May 18, Year 115 to 5:00 PM on Friday, May 22
►系統路徑:學生資訊系統à點選「各項申請」à下拉點選「學程申請」
►System Path:In the Student Information System -> select 'Various Applications'-> 'Program Application'
同學成功送出申請資料後，請至系統「各項紀錄」à「學程選擇結果查詢」確認內容是否無誤。
In the Student Information System-> please go to "Various Records"-> "Program Selection Result Inquiry" in the system to verify that your information is correct.
如需修改選填項目，請於系統開放期間登入調整；最終以系統申請紀錄為準。
If you need to modify optional fields, please log in to make adjustments while the system is open; the final application records in the system shall prevail.
