📣 114-2學期班級導師評量公告（畢業班）
1. Evaluation Period (評量期間):
The time frame to access the Class Advisor Evaluation System and submit the evaluation starts at
📅 08:00 on May 4th, 2025 (Monday) and ends at 17:00 on May 15th, 2025 (Friday).
本學期「班級導師評量系統」開放時間為：
📅 115年5月4日（星期一）08:00 至 115年5月15日（星期五）17:00。

2. Who is required to submit the evaluation (應填寫對象):
All graduating undergraduate students, including both Taiwanese and international students, in the Day Division and Extension Division.
所有畢業班的大學部學生，包含本地生與外籍生，日間部與進修部皆需填寫。

※ Notices (注意事項):
1. Class Advisors of graduating classes are encouraged to remind students to complete and submit the Class Advisor Evaluation online.
📌 請畢業班班級導師提醒所屬學生上網填寫並送出導師評量問卷。
2. All student responses will be kept strictly confidential. Please answer the evaluation honestly and carefully.
📌 同學填寫內容將完全保密，請安心作答並據實填寫。
3. Once the evaluation is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
📌 問卷送出後不得修改或撤回，請務必審慎作答。
